To all food-lovers out there and to the merely curious, we believe it is high time to rediscover the simple pleasures of traditional cooking!!!

We propose simple, authentic dishes made with the local produce in which our region is so rich... and all in a remarkable typical setting with an original touch. Our aim is to share these riches with you and to carry on the values of times gone by.

 
 


is also the perfect venue for receptions to celebrate first communions, christenings and weddings, or for company meals, karaokes or all sorts of events...
There is no shortage of different possibilities for every type of occasion.


 
Description of the restauran t : 

Standing on the side of a valley, this old 19th-century barn boasts an incredible view down onto the Aveyron river flowing below.
In the dining room, most of the decor is in wood and it also includes various everyday objects used at the time of our grandparents (miner's lamp, wine barrels, farm tools...). Sit down at your table and enjoy the intimate atmosphere with candles lit on the tables in the evenings.

 

The restaurant also has a second, separate room available for groups of family or friends or for meetings.


Upstairs, we can cater for groups of between 20 and 80 people with dancing or karaoke. The walls are in bare stone and the room is fully sound-proofed and completely self-contained.

 Food :

Thanks to the huge variety on offer in our region, we can offer an extensive range of local produce. All these ingredients are then prepared in original ways to show them off at their best and to bring back memories of the sorts of meals our grandmothers used to make.
As a starter, our speciality is the Old Fashioned Lamb Sweetbread Crisp (see photo below). For your main course, how about Duck Confit served with its Onion Compote. And to finish, try the Chocolate Soup with Pineapple and Spicy Croutons.

To offer our clients something a little different, on the 3rd Thursday of each month we organise a theme evening:

  • Winegrower's evening
  • Provence evening
  • Roman evening
  • Breton evening...
On weekdays, if you order in advance, the Chef can propose the dishes of your choice to give your evening out that very personal touch (Bouillabaisse, Anchoïade, Seafood Platter, Cassoulet...)

Menu with a choice of 8 starters, 8 main courses and 8 desserts.

 
  • €13.50 for a starter plus a main course
  • €13.50 for a main course plus a dessert
  • €18.00 for the complete menu
    (starter, main course and dessert)
