Thanks to the huge variety on offer in our region, we can offer an extensive range of local produce. All these ingredients are then prepared in original ways to show them off at their best and to bring back memories of the sorts of meals our grandmothers used to make.
As a starter, our speciality is the Old Fashioned Lamb Sweetbread Crisp (see photo below). For your main course, how about Duck Confit served with its Onion Compote. And to finish, try the Chocolate Soup with Pineapple and Spicy Croutons.
To offer our clients something a little different, on the 3rd Thursday of each month we organise a theme evening:

On weekdays, if you order in advance, the Chef can propose the dishes of your choice to give your evening out that very personal touch (Bouillabaisse, Anchoïade, Seafood Platter, Cassoulet...)
